Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Law Clerk to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist with real estate work, drafting, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient case management and compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the legal field and developing essential skills such as legal writing, research, and document management. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation. Real estate work using unity and lawyer done deal Proofread and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to formatting standards. Manage case files through effective filing, data entry, and document organization. Assist with project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal projects. Prepare summaries of research findings and organize information for attorneys'' review. Support interview processes by scheduling and coordinating meetings or depositions. Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, witnesses, or other stakeholders. Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing administrative records efficiently. Experience Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred, especially within a legal setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent proofreading, writing, and legal drafting skills. Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis is highly desirable. Experience with project management software or systems like iManage is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. Effective communication skills including phone etiquette and interviewing techniques are essential. This role provides valuable exposure to the legal process while fostering skills in research, documentation, and case management within a professional environment.
