Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail. Experience in a office setting is a plus. We truly need someone dependable and reliable. We are a small staffed office and if for any reason someone is sick or out of the office, it truly affects the entire office and everyone working here. Reliability is our number one priority. Please also note that you have to be able to bend as this a very fast pace environment and you will be up and down all day long between pulling and filing files. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office, ensuring efficient use of time. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues as they arise. Collecting payments Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to use a cash register, debit machine and make change. Strong clerical skills including filing and document management. Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with basic understanding of a tax is a plus but not required.
