Key Responsibilities Assess patient health through examinations and history reviews Administer medications/treatments and monitor responses Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with teams Document accurately using EHR systems. Deliver specialized care in pediatrics, seniors, dementia, pain management, and procedures like phlebotomy Educate patients/families on health management and discharge planning Ensure regulatory compliance and a safe care environment What We''re Looking For RN / LPN licensure in good standing with CRNM, CLPNM. Active BLS.
