As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who can be flexible with work hours. The shifts will range from morning, afternoon and evening and will include all long weekends. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting plants, gardening supplies, and landscaping products. Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, gardening techniques, and landscaping options. Maintain the garden center by organizing merchandise, watering plants, and ensuring cleanliness. Operate cash registers for sales transactions and handle cash accurately. Requirements Take initiative when needed, working well independently and as part of a team Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion and knowledge of working with and caring for plants Previous retail experience and horticulture knowledge Friendly and outgoing personality Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Knowledge of gardening practices, plants, and landscaping techniques is a plus.
