We''re looking for an experienced Operations Manager Completions & Hot Oiler Pressure Trucks to lead day-to-day field operations in the Grande Prairie region. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands oilfield services, thrives in fast-moving operations, and knows how to balance people, equipment, safety, and client expectations. What You''ll Do As the Operations Manager, you''ll have full accountability for operational performance across completions and hot oiler pressure truck services, including: Operational Leadership Lead daily scheduling and deployment of field personnel, supervisors, and equipment. Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of all field operations. Maintain strong client relationships and respond quickly to operational or service issues. Spend approximately 20% of your time in the field, engaging directly with crews, supervisors, and clients. Oversee documentation, field tickets, invoicing accuracy, and operational reporting. Collaborate closely with Dispatch, Fleet, Business Development, HSE, HR, and Finance. Safety & Compliance Champion safety above all elseensuring compliance with all safety programs, TDG, provincial and federal transportation requirements. Review incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in partnership with HSE leadership. Actively review SiteDocs documentation and recognize strong safety performance in the field. Business & Growth Support regional business planning, budgeting, and workforce forecasting. Assist with organic growth and acquisition integration when required. Identify upcoming work opportunities while on site and support business development follow-up. Optimize equipment utilization and support fleet maintenance planning. People Leadership Lead and develop Field Supervisors and Operators with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and retention. Identify high-potential Operators and support development into Field Supervisor roles. Participate in hiring, performance management, discipline, promotions, and compensation reviews. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and respect aligned with Pitbull''s core values. What You Bring Proven experience in oilfield operations leadership, preferably in completions, pressure trucks, or related services. Strong understanding of field operations, scheduling, equipment utilization, and cost control. Solid working knowledge of safety systems, regulatory requirements, and field documentation. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage performance. Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage clients, crews, and senior leadership.
