As a Housekeeper you will do meaningful work everyday ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents''. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day. What makes you a great fit? Ability to complete a wide range of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and spot cleaning walls, windows, and doors Skilled in cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, furniture, and common areas according to assigned schedules and procedures Attention to detail when preparing rooms for new occupants, ensuring spaces are clean, welcoming, and tour-ready at all times Strong understanding of resident privacy and professionalism while working in occupied living spaces Compassionate, dependable, and motivated by meaningful work that supports seniors'' quality of life Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members Flexible and willing to assist with additional duties as assigned What you need to know: Previous housekeeping experience is required You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position Sienna Senior Living is committed to employment equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
