Position Requirements: Valid DZ license with a minimum 3 year verifiable experience Clean abstract/CVOR Good communication skills Flexibility to accommodate different start times Ability to work 50+ hours/week Responsibilities: Must be able to operate a semi truck trailer with safety. Perform inspections of truck before, during, and after trips, including gauges, lighting and electrical systems, and visual checks of potential water, oil, fuel and air leaks Completing all applicable paperwork Maintain up-to-date Driver Log (all trucks are e-log equipped) Responsible for communicating with Dispatch Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers in a professional manner Observe and comply with rules and regulations of the Ministry of Transportation and the Highway Traffic Act Secure and unsecure loads using straps Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Licence/Certification: Class 1 /AZ Licence (required) Work Location: In person
