Beelingual is a language and learning centre working with children in a structured, caring, and professional environment. We are currently looking for a reliable and responsible volunteer to support our after-school programs. Role Overview This role is strictly a support position. The volunteer will assist the lead teacher during transitions and pick-up times to help ensure a safe and organized environment for children. Responsibilities Assist during child pick-up and transitions Help supervise children alongside the lead teacher Support classroom organization (lining up, transitions, staying together as a group) Maintain visual supervision of children at all times Communicate immediately with the lead teacher if a child needs attention Important Notes This is not a teaching role Volunteers will never be left alone with children All activities are done under the direction of the lead teacher Safety, punctuality, and reliability are essential Who We''re Looking For 18 years or older Reliable, calm, and attentive Comfortable working with young children Students in education, nursing, child development, or related fields are encouraged to apply Previous experience with children is an asset What We Offer Hands-on experience in an educational setting A supportive and professional environment Flexible scheduling Reference letter available after a successful volunteering period If you are interested in supporting a safe and positive learning environment for children, we would love to hear from you.
