Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and supporting children''s individual needs. The Early Childhood Teacher will work closely with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive learning experience that encourages growth and curiosity. Responsibilities Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Support children''s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities Communicate effectively with parents regarding children''s progress and developmental needs Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and classroom management strategies Incorporate bilingual instruction (English/French) when applicable to support diverse learners Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with disabilities or special needs Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes Demonstrate leadership in managing classroom routines and guiding children''s behavior Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards Requirements Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs preferred Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities and documentation Ability to demonstrate leadership and time management skills in a dynamic environment Proficiency in computer operation for documentation, lesson planning, and communication tools Classroom experience that showcases creativity, patience, and adaptability Relevant certifications or credentials in early childhood education are preferred Join our team to make a meaningful impact on young learners'' lives by fostering their development through innovative teaching practices.
