Building Cleaner / Building Caretaker (Full-Time) Location: Vancouver West End / Downtown Pay: $19$21 per hour, based on experience Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Cleaner to maintain common areas and perform routine building inspections across approximately 10 well-maintained residential buildings located in Vancouver''s West End and downtown. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in clean, orderly buildings and enjoys working independently. Key Responsibilities Daily cleaning of common areas, including: Lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and laundry rooms Garbage and recycling room maintenance Light janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting) Routine building inspections to identify: Cleanliness issues Minor maintenance concerns Safety or security issues Reporting issues clearly and promptly to management Occasional light tasks as required to maintain high building standards What We''re Looking For Previous cleaning or janitorial experience (residential or commercial preferred) Strong attention to detail and consistency Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks and walking multiple buildings Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable following checklists and reporting issues accurately Must be legally eligible to work in Canada What We Offer Full-time, stable employment Competitive hourly pay ($19$21/hour) Consistent schedule Supportive management team Long-term opportunity for the right candidate How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your resume and a brief description of your relevant experience.
