At Samfiru Tumarkin, Articling Student responsibilities include legal document production (including demand letters, claims, etc.), research, handling the day-to-day carriage of Small Claims Court files under the supervision of a lawyer or paralegal, shadowing legal representatives at various appearances including mediations, motions, and trials, and completing various administrative duties as needed.
