Skills Required Type and proofread correspondence using online SpeechExec Web dicta (or willing to learn). Send reports & emails with numerous attachments. Must have excellent typing skills. Monitor & print incoming emails with many attachments. Order office supplies. Accurately enter timesheets, upload photos, scanning, photocopying & filing. Schedule and confirm appointments. Occasionally doing Loss Calculations. Answer telephone and relay telephone messages. Order Police Reports and Medical Records, when required. A good command of the English language and grammar is essential. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must. Education/Experience Must have a minimum high school education with at least two years office experience.
