Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team in providing exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive problems using schematics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical expertise Perform repairs including engine work, brake systems, suspension, and electrical components Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs Follow safety protocols during all repair procedures, including heavy lifting and working with heavy machinery Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used Assist with vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines to provide excellent customer service Experience Prior dealership experience is highly desirable Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems Proficiency in welding, schematics reading, assembly, and maintenance tasks Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment in an automotive setting Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts replacement Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills is preferred Previous experience working with automotive repair or maintenance teams is advantageous This role is vital for maintaining the safety and reliability of our customers'' vehicles while providing professional service that exceeds expectations.
