Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Casual Supply Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing support within educational settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving and a desire to contribute positively to the learning environment. Casual Supply Staff will work on an as-needed basis, stepping in to assist during staff absences or increased demand. Responsibilities Support classroom activities by assisting teachers in delivering educational programs. Engage with children, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. Assist in the implementation of early childhood education practices. Educate children through play-based learning and structured activities. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to caregiving and education. Requirements Experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus. Strong communication skills, to interact effectively with children and staff. A commitment to creating an inclusive environment that respects diversity among students. Flexibility to work on short notice as needed, adapting to various classroom settings and dynamics.
