POSITION SUMMARY: The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the care and maintenance of field-installed business equipment and will be required to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, customer service, communication, cooperation, attendance and professionalism. Excellent customer service skills plus an eagerness to learn new technologies are a must. Reporting to the Service Manager, the field service technician will perform service calls driving to multiple client locations.
