Creative Outdoor Advertising, a leader in outdoor signage for over 40 years, is looking for an extremely motivated full-time District Sales Manager for Brampton, Ontario to sell advertising on bus shelters and benches to local businesses. Compensation Our pay structure is competitive and performance-driven. We offer a minimum guaranteed salary of $50,000 for the first 12 months while getting established in the role, with the built-in incentive to earn more with commissions. Expected first-year earnings are $60,000-$75,000 with room to increase. A successful sales rep will bring in long-term earnings of $100,000+ by their second to third year and there is the opportunity for continued growth. Position Overview Based out of your home office the role is to find local advertising clients through networking and cold calling (in person, phone call, and email). Focusing on small businesses like dentists, restaurants, real estate agents, lawyers, etc. Candidates must be comfortable cold calling and approaching local businesses. This is how you will generate the majority of your sales. For a 1-year agreement including artwork at $184 per month for a bench or $385 per month for a bus shelter - our signs are one of the most cost-effective ways for local businesses to communicate with potential customers in their area Territory East of Hwy 410 to Hwy 50 and Mayfield Rd. to Queen St. East Brampton: Bramalea, Deerfield, Woodhill, Mayfield, and Frasers Corners Knowledge of the area and territory along with the local businesses in it would be an asset.
