If this peeks your interest, are physically fit and hold a valid drivers license. We are seeking a reliable and motivated DRIVER/MOVER/SWAMPER to join our team. This role involves operating commercial vehicles, assisting with moving and loading tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, safety, and efficiency, with experience in warehouse operations and driving. Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles, including those with manual transmissions Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques Move items within warehouses or client locations efficiently and carefully Deliver goods to customers following designated routes and schedules Assist with route driving to ensure timely deliveries and pickups Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of vehicles and work areas Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety compliance Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory and assisting with loading dock activities Requirements Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred, must be 25 years of age to meet insurance requirements. Q Endorsement an asset. Prior delivery driver experience or courier background is highly desirable Ability to operate box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmissions safely Experience in warehouse operations, moving, heavy lifting, and route driving preferred Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual handling tasks regularly Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving and material handling Ability to work independently while following safety protocols and schedules This position is essential for ensuring efficient logistics operations while providing excellent service to clients.
