Join our friendly house cleaning team Flexible weekday hours, no weekends, and all supplies provided. Create your own weekday schedule, work anytime between Monday and Friday. Our days typically start around 8:00 a.m. and wrap up by 4:30 p.m., with breaks between residential cleaning appointments. Weekends are always off. The starting rate is $18.50/hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per kilometer. You''ll also have opportunities for regular pay increases. Team members who move up to a Lead Cleaner role earn $20+/hour plus bonuses. You''ll usually clean 1 to 3 homes each day, focusing on thoroughness and attention to detail. All work is hourly-paid, not per house, so quality always comes first. Prior housekeeping experience isn''t required, we offer personalized one-on-one training with a manager. The most important qualities we look for are dependability and the ability to work well with others.
