As we continue to grow across the province, we''re seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman / Crew Lead to oversee field crews and ensure quality installations across our job sites. Position Overview: The Foreman / Crew Lead is responsible for supervising installation crews, coordinating daily site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, advanced trade skills, and the ability to manage materials, labor, and quality on-site. The ideal candidate will have experience installing stucco, EIFS, siding, or other cladding systems and will lead by example. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Leadership Lead, train, and motivate a team of installers and laborers on site Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient crew productivity Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to blueprints, specs, and timelines Communicate effectively with Project Managers and office staff regarding progress and issues Ensure safety protocols are followed and conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings Installation & Quality Control Perform hands-on installation of stucco, EIFS, siding, or other exterior systems Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation issues Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and code standards Report deficiencies or delays to management and assist with corrective actions Material & Site Coordination Coordinate site materials and ensure timely deliveries Track material usage and minimize waste Maintain site cleanliness and organization Communicate with suppliers or drivers for any on-site needs or changes Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in exterior envelope construction (stucco, EIFS, siding, etc.) Previous leadership experience or proven ability to supervise crews Strong understanding of exterior cladding systems, installation techniques, and safety standards Ability to read construction drawings and interpret project scope Knowledge of Alberta Building Codes and OHS regulations Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation to job sites Certifications in Fall Protection, WHMIS, CSTS (or willing to obtain) Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on scaffolding, and operate hand and power tools safely Strong communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Competitive starting wage based on experience.
