As a Pharmacy Packaging Assistant at Seamless Care Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of medications. Your responsibilities will include measuring ingredients for compounded medications, identifying and correcting errors, receiving and stocking inventory, and ensuring the proper storage and packing of medications. If you are passionate about helping others and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities: Compounding and Packaging: Measure ingredients accurately for compounded medications. Identify and correct any errors during the compounding and packaging process. Prepare simple compounds as needed Inventory Management: Receive medication inventory and check invoices to ensure all items are received, with nothing missed or extra. Stock shelves and ensure all medications are stored according to the pharmacy''s guidelines and at the correct spot. Identify and address expired products efficiently. Order Fulfillment: Ensure all balance owed prescriptions are filled accurately and promptly. Complete packaging tasks at least 3 days in advance to ensure readiness. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of packing accuracy and completeness. Ensure all hard copies are scanned and uploaded onto Kroll by the end of every week. Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the rest of the pharmacy team. Assist in scanning documents and maintaining organized records. Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Completion of High School Diploma. Strong listening skills. Punctual and flexible team player. Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts. Motivated and able to work independently. Proficient with computers. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred.
