Our total rewards package includes: Health and dental benefits Vision and life insurance Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Shift premium for evening work The Role Repair (Approx. 70%) Perform hands-on diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy duty trucks and equipment Test vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications Coordinate with Parts Technicians to ensure required components are available or ordered Problem Solving (Approx. 20%) Review detailed repair concerns provided by Service Advisors Diagnose complex engine, transmission, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems using advanced diagnostic tools Interpret results, document findings, and establish accurate repair timelines Reporting & Training (Approx. 10%) Accurately track time and document all repair work performed Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and procedures Current Opening Red Deer Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Evening Shift | Monday to Friday 2:30 PM 11:00 PM Shift premium applies Initial training will take place on day shift Education & Certification Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (Red Seal preferred) Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver''s license is an asset 3 Things to Be Successful in This Role Strong internal drive and curiosity to get to the ''why'' Team-first mindset and willingness to support others Commitment to continuous learning and improvement Other Details We welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
