Our Client which is a large Investment bank is urgently looking to hire a Sr. Technical BSA - Capital Markets. Sr. Technical BSA - Capital Markets. Location - Toronto, ON Need 4 days onsite every week F2F is required. Skills - Strong Technical Business Analysis, Advance SQL, Data Mapping, Data Integration , Data Analysis, System Integration. Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a high-impact integration initiative. This role is critical in driving the successful capture of business and technical requirements, data mapping, and integration planning. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a proactive executor who thrives in complex environments. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Product Owners to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements. Conduct data mapping and analysis to support system integration efforts. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project delivery. Create structured plans and roadmaps (''plan for a plan'') to guide sequencing and execution. Navigate complex legacy systems (''peeling the layers of spaghetti'') to identify dependencies and integration points. Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks. Manage expectations across cross-functional teams and leadership. Support process navigation and ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance. Provide domain and functional expertise in standard banking operations and technology. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Proven experience in banking domain or Capital Markets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with integration projects and legacy system analysis.
