About the Role As an integral member of the XONE care team, you will support patient assessments and diagnostics alongside physicians and nurse practitioners. You will also assist with clinical data capture and organization to support expert analysis and the preparation of patient-facing reports.You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while engaging with the latest in health technology and emerging science. Key Responsibilities Perform phlebotomy, ECGs, vital signs, and specimen collection with accuracy and care. Collect and document comprehensive medical histories and assist in clinical intake assessments. Support the clinical team in reviewing and organizing lab and specialty test results. Use the EMR/EMAR system to accurately chart, schedule, and communicate patient information. Assist physicians and NPs in patient consultations, clinical procedures, and assessments. Provide exceptional, empathetic, and professional patient service in-person and by phone/email. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment following infection control standards. Contribute to continuous improvement in clinic processes, patient education, and precision care delivery. Support and coordinate the preparation of specialty laboratory tests for shipment (within Canada and internationally). Execute in-clinic diagnostic workflows during assessment days as directed by the clinical and operations teams. Support the preparation of patient-facing reports by organizing, summarizing, and formatting clinical data for review by the clinical team. Qualifications & Skills Current LPN license in good standing (CLPNA or equivalent provincial regulator). Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred (primary care, integrative, or wellness settings an asset). Proficient in phlebotomy and ECG administration. Familiarity with EMR systems and digital health tools. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Interest or background in longevity, functional, or precision medicine is highly valued. Team-oriented, detail-focused, and motivated by excellence in patient outcomes. Flexible and adaptable to evolving technologies and clinical practices. Comfortable working with clinical data, including organizing, summarizing, and preparing results to support patient-facing reports and clinician review.
