Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements Utilize hand tools, power tools, and schematics to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues Weld and perform assembly tasks as needed for vehicle repairs or modifications Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting and use of equipment Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service performed Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly to clients Assist in vehicle inspections to identify potential issues proactively Qualifications Proven dealership experience or mechanic experience preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and schematics for diagnostics and repairs Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Experience with welding, assembly, and general maintenance tasks advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills with a focus on customer service Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy workshop environment This position is an excellent opportunity for dedicated automotive professionals eager to advance their careers while delivering top-quality service.
