Audio Visual Technician(Digital Signage and Interactive Kiosks) Company: Big Digital Location: North York, Ontario Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote & On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time About the Role Big Digital is seeking a reliable and technically skilled Audio Visual Technician to support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of digital signage and interactive kiosk solutions, including the software setup of associated content management platforms. This role works closely with the Operations Manager and supports both remote and on-site environments.Candidates must have a strong technical and software background. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain digital signage and interactive kiosk systems Familiarity with networking technologies (connectivity, modems, cellular, WiFi) Provide ongoing technical support for hardware and software issues Support on-site and remote troubleshooting and maintenance (i.e. client locations) Install and Configure media players, computers and content management software Coordinate with third-party on-site technicians when required Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively Support time-sensitive deployments and live event environments Technical Requirements Below are the software and systems we utilize.The employee will be expected to learn and use the below systems (we will provide training and support to ensure adoption and advanced skills).
