The ideal candidate qualifications include: Current experience in a children''s centre (day care or similar agency). Classification as an ECE III. Be enrolled in or have completed a provincially recognized teaching certificate program (including Vocational Teacher Education Certificate). Related university degree preferred. Successful teaching experience and a range of industry experience. Experience coaching students'' participation in industry work placements. Demonstrated ability to form positive partnerships within the industry. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of the ECE program at Red River College will be an asset.
