This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Interact professionally with clients, senior staff, and team members. Proactively identify engagement issues and address them accordingly. Show potential to assume the staff accountant senior role within the Firm. Stay informed about accounting and assurance standards and access professional and technical materials as needed. Requirements Enrolled in a professional accounting program, CPA, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a CPA firm Possess an appropriate degree of technical competency Exhibit a high commitment to quality client service, work quality, compliance with policies and procedures, professional ethics, and integrity Ability to work effectively as a staff accountant intermediate level Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to thrive under pressure and meet client and engagement demands effectively Demonstrated commitment to the goals and development of the Firm through active involvement in projects, etc. Join our team and embark on a rewarding career path where your skills and dedication will be valued and recognized.
