Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Location: BODY MAISON Physiotherapy & Movement Clinic Position Type: Part-time (with opportunity for full-time growth) About Us BODY MAISON is an established physiotherapy and movement Clinic that has been proudly serving our community for over a year. We offer evidence-based physiotherapy, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and movement therapy in a calm, boutique environment. Our clinic has a strong and growing client base of over 200 private-paying and insurance clients, and we have recently expanded our services to include Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) rehabilitation. As our clinic continues to grow, we are excited to welcome our first Registered Massage Therapist to the team. The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is passionate about client care and enjoys working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong caseload with the potential for full-time hours in the future. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs Treat a diverse caseload including private clients, insurance, and MVA cases Collaborate with physiotherapists and movement professionals to support client recovery and long-term wellness Complete clear, timely, and professional clinical documentation Educate clients on self-care, posture, and injury prevention strategies Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment space Qualifications Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO Professional liability insurance Strong understanding of anatomy, injury rehabilitation, and therapeutic techniques Experience with insurance and MVA clients is an asset (training can be provided) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A warm, professional, and client-centred approach to care What We''re Looking For Someone with great people skills who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with clients A team player who values collaboration and high standards of care A motivated practitioner interested in growing with the clinic Alignment with our calm, supportive, and wellness-focused clinic culture What We Offer Established and growing client base Supportive, collaborative work environment Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Opportunity to grow into a full-time role Beautiful boutique clinic setting in a calm and welcoming space Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $50.00-$120.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 24 per week
