Sr. Analyst, Performance Management Fairstone Bank Apply for this role and join our growing team of performance professionals. You will report to the Senior Manager, Performance Management and provide financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis to support business planning and performance. Responsibilities Coordinate FP&A activities across business and finance teams for Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Business Outlooks. Support the Cards and Retail Financing Business to develop and maintain key business driver tracking and net credit margin. Conduct business performance and variance analysis on key metrics, income statements, balance sheets and regulatory metrics. Prepare monthly and quarterly business review materials, forecast documents and AOP discussion materials for Executive Leadership, Ownership Group and Board. Provide datadriven insights to identify risks and recommend improvements for future business performance. Support business growth initiatives by developing business cases, investment analyses, initiative tracking and postimplementation reviews. Enable a new cloudbased Workday ERP implementation and optimize financial planning tools. Advocate for data usage, simplify decisionmaking, and lead development of management dashboards, business models and data platforms. Qualifications Finance / Accounting designation (CPA/CMA, MBA, CFA). 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting. 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Strong financial modelling skills for robust financial plans and forecasts. Experience coordinating rigorous forecasting and planning cycles. Knowledge of regulatory reporting (OSFI) and capital requirements. Experience in banking (credit cards, personal lending, auto, mortgages) is an asset. Business and process acumen, with analytical and solutionoriented mindset. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an asset. Excellent presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills. Collaborative, handson approach.
