As part of the Solid Waste Management team based in the Brampton or Hamilton office, you will work in a fastpaced, collaborative environment that values communication, multitasking and problemsolving. You should be proficient in MS Office and be adaptable and motivated to learn. Responsibilities Communicate relevant project information accurately and effectively to internal teams. Ensure client needs are addressed in a timely and costeffective manner. Facilitate the review and approval of key project documentation, including RFIs, Quality Records, Shop Drawings, Technical Reports, Design Certificates, and AsBuilt Models. Coordinate project meetings by preparing presentations and accurately documenting meeting minutes. Assist with the determination of project requirements and scope. Promote process improvement by sharing constructive ideas and encouraging a positive team culture. Keep Project Managers and stakeholders informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations. Perform strong research, evaluation, and report writing tasks. Maintain thorough knowledge of municipal waste management programs, practices, and related legislation. Experience & Qualifications Postsecondary education in Environmental Studies, Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in research and report writing; project coordination or administrative support experience is an asset. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. Salary The salary range for this role is between $49,409 to $65,496. Actual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and work location.
