This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Management and requires an organized and motivated individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges. This 4-month work term will commence in May 2026. This position will be based in Calgary.ResponsibilitiesSupport and/or lead sourcing events (RFx) as requiredSupport Senior Category Management Advisors with projects and initiatives such as data analysis, sourcing strategy development and executing sourcing eventsInitiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with our key suppliers and following the MSAs through to execution. This includes:Initiate MSAs in SAP AribaWork with ARC and supplier Legal departments as required to facilitate MSA negotiationsEnsure MSAs are fully executed within appropriate authority levelsUpload executed MSAs to ARCs systemAssist with drafting other agreements such as Pricing AgreementsSupport the Procurement team by completing tactical sourcing events and/or creating purchase ordersAssist with reporting in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and OpenInvoice and identify opportunities for enhancementsDocument procurement processes, procedures, and training documentsWhat You Will Bring to ARCThe position is ideally suited for students entering their third or fourth year of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Management with a focus in Supply Chain Management and are returning to their studies in the following termExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time in a dynamic environmentIntermediate MS Office/365 skills including Excel, Word and PowerPointPrior experience working in Supply Chain Management would be considered an assetAbility to perform tasks with minimal supervision, promote continuous improvement and enjoy working in a team environmentRewarding OpportunityAn opportunity to be part of delivering responsible energy by developing and growing your career with usWorking collaboratively with, and learning from some of the most talented and experienced people in our industryA culture of caring and high performanceFocus on health and well-beingAn environment where all individuals are treated fairly and respectfully, have equal access to opportunities and resources, feel a sense of belonging, and can contribute fully to the organizations successMeaningful work that makes a difference in the Canadian energy industryWe thank you for your interest in ARC, however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
