As a project manager, you will play an essential role in continuing to challenge conventional ways to build in order to further differentiate Meridian from the competition.What Youll Be DoingYou will have an integral role in the careful planning and flawless execution of projects, while continually supporting ongoing initiatives for innovation and improvement. You will create and manage project schedules and budgets. You will leverage your experience to solve problems and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality. Youll lead the bidding process and utilize your negotiating skills to create a positive financial impact on projects. You will foster a culture of safety and ensure it is instilled into all involved in Meridian projects.How Youll SucceedYou have a deep-seated passion for the construction industry.
