Job Description You will be responsible for delivering on time, on budget, and on specification projects for our Clients. You will be responsible for engaging the customer and consultants, developing detailed cost estimates, scheduling, managing orders, coordinating site construction activities, and administering the firms Safety Policies. Qualifications You must have a minimum of 5 years project management / site superintendent experience with some hands on construction skills. A C.E.T or equivalent construction experience is required. You must be technologically savy and fluent with the MS Office and Windows environment. You must have an understanding of construction accounting and contract administration. You must have proven strong leadership, relationship building, communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills that can balance getting it right with getting it done.
