I.e., are proceeding in a workman-like manner.Ensure the necessary permits are obtained by the subcontractor.Minimum QualificationsBe able to operate forklift and other equipment as necessary when competent.Business Degree in Project Management, Business, or other related field or the equivalent of experience.U-Haul experience is a must.3-5 years of construction or repair shop experience.OSHA certification is a plus.Work EnvironmentThe work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals.
