A Day in the Life Driving Business Growth & Strategy: Lead and support the overall topline revenue growth across your portfolio of Franchise Partners. Guide Franchise Partners through the goalsetting process, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. Conduct annual business strategy sessions to help develop longterm goals and action plans. Performance Management & Accountability: Lead consistent Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) sessions with Franchise Partners, ensuring they stay on track to meet their targets. Hold Franchise Partners accountable for achieving goals, while equipping them with the tools, resources, and support needed for success. CrossFunctional Collaboration & Brand Initiatives: Partner with the Operations teams to identify and implement programs to drive Franchise performance. Assist in rolling out key brand initiatives, promotions, and process improvements in alignment with annual strategies. Relationship Building & Support: Build longterm, trusted relationships with Franchise Partners, serving as their goto resource for strategic guidance. Conduct regular field visits with Franchise Partners, providing onsite coaching, operational support, and brand compliance guidance. What You Bring To The Table Independent and selfmotivated, able to travel up to 50% Experience in the homeservice industry or painting industry is a bonus! Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Business, Business Administration, or a similar fieldstrong asset. 5+ years of experience as a Field Operations Manageror similar within a serviceoriented, franchise environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
