Permanent Full-Time (40 hours). Monday to Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid. In this role, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements using best practice techniques. Design and document workflows, specifications, and system capabilities to support technology solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend system modifications or new procedures. Support testing activities by writing and executing test scripts, defining acceptance criteria, and validating outcomes. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery. You have: A bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, or a field with a technology focus. At least 5 years of progressive experience in a client-facing Business Analyst role. Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning processes and tools. Handson involvement in project implementations involving multiple system integrations. Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, Syspro, Microsoft Dynamics) and their role in supply chain operations. Familiarity with data flows between planning systems, ERPs, and other enterprise platforms. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization. Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with enterprise software (SaaS and onpremise).
