Project Manager/Senior Project Manager Calgary, AB Are you ready to apply your technical and leadership skills to contribute to Pinchins success? What You Will Be Doing At Pinchin Manage a variety of regulatory and due diligence projects and ensure that they are completed on time and on budget Communicate with clients and understand their project requirements Prepare proposals Work towards completing senior technical reviews of both regulatory and due diligence submissions Participate in initiatives with the Marketing department to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones Build leadership and mentorship skills by working with and mentoring junior and intermediate staff What You Bring To The Pinchin Team A Bachelors Degree in Science (Environmental or Earth Sciences preferred) or in Engineering or Applied Science A professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., P.Ag., etc.) is not required, but is considered an asset A minimum of 810 years experience within environmental consulting, at least 3 of which should be in a project management position Experience with conducting and managing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for transactional due diligence purposes, including the completion of soil vapour assessments and indoor air assessments Experience with conducting underground storage tank removal programs and/or remedial excavations Experience with conducting assessments involved with the mining industry would be considered an asset Experience with invoicing, budgeting, and other areas of project related financial management Experience with business development initiatives and client interaction Strong communication skills & professional presentation Strong writing skills High level of attention to detail Valid drivers licence and insurance are required (workrelated travel expenses will be compensated) What Pinchin Offers You A challenging, rewarding leadership position with the opportunity to mentor junior technical professionals Competitive compensation, benefits, and extended group benefits (we pay the premium) with no waiting period Membership in our internal Communities of Practice, a national support network for technical problem solving and collaboration led by our top technical experts Casual dress code Profit share bonuses and an RRSP Matching Program Flexible workplace to support work life balance Various professional development and employee recognition programs Educational and professional membership dues reimbursement Employee Referral Bonus Program Corporate Discount Program Whats next?
