Principales Fonctions et Responsabilits Administrer les mdicaments (par voie IV, IM et SC) au domicile du patient ou dans une clinique spcialise Surveiller les ractions post-injection/perfusion, noter et dclarer toutes les activits conformment aux protocoles des programmes Fournir des formations aux patients sur les protocoles des programmes, individuellement ou en groupe Signaliser les vnements indsirables, graves, les plaintes relatives aux produits conformment la formation et aux politiques et procdures d'Innomar Offrir des disponibilits rgulires et prvisibles pour rpondre aux besoins de planification des rendezvous de faon efficace et rentable et fournir aux patients un accs rapide aux traitements ncessaires Coordonner quotidiennement avec les patients, les gestionnaires de cas, les mdecins, la Planification des rendezvous et les autres dpartements pour dfinir le calendrier de planification des rendezvous, les traitements et la communication de renseignements Participer rgulirement aux consultations tlphoniques, aux sances de formation et aux runions sur le Web avec le gestionnaire de district pour partager des renseignements et respecter les normes de pratique professionnelle Consulter avec les mdecins, les clients des domaines pharmaceutiques et biotechnologiques sur lducation et la mise en uvre de programmes propres certains produits Respecter les normes de pratique infirmire professionnelles tablies par les associations professionnelles et la compagnie Travailler en collaboration avec les quipes de sant multidisciplinaires en assurant la surveillance et la dlgation des tches applicables aux IAP/IAA selon les autorisations des ordres professionnels provinciaux Effectuer les tches et les fonctions connexes au besoin Exprience et Niveau Dducation Requis Infirmire autorise qualifie (avec un permis valide de lOrdre provincial des infirmiers et infirmires) Certificat de RCR de prestataire de soins de sant requis Au moins trois annes dexprience comme infirmire autorise Un an dexprience de ladministration dintraveineuses et de perfusion Exprience des soins critiques, durgence, de soins de courte dure aux patients hospitaliss ou non ou des soins domicile est considre comme un atout Une certification ACLS ou ACAV ainsi que lexprience des voies veineuses centrales sont des atouts Matrise de MS Excel, Outlook et MS Word Accs un ordinateur domicile avec une connexion internet, une imprimante, un tlcopieur et un tlphone cellulaire Souplesse afin de fournir les services pour les rendezvous planifis et les rendezvous occasionnels de dernire minute Excellentes aptitudes du service la clientle pour communiquer avec les patients, les mdecins et nos clients Excellentes aptitudes de communication crite et verbale Capacit travailler de faon autonome avec peu de supervision dans le cadre dune grande quipe distance Capacit se dplacer vers les cliniques et pour les rendezvous domicile dans un secteur gographique dfini Primary Duties and Responsibilities Administer medications in the patient's home, specialty clinics and Physician Partnership clinic settings Assess and monitor pre and postinjection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols Complete necessary documentation based on policies and procedures, and as directed by the College of Nurses and Innomar ISO accreditation standards of practice Provide patient / Caregivers education based on product monographs and program protocols, individually or in groups Report adverse events, serious adverse events, product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies & procedures Provide reliable availability based on the agreed upon employment agreement to meet the needs of the IBU and the Nursing and clinics Key Performance Indicators Communicate and work effectively amongst multidisciplinary teamscase managers, physicians, pharmacy, scheduling and other departmentsto meet established timelines for scheduling appointments and treatments Communicate effectively with Patients/Caregivers to set up appointments and drug delivery to home and clinic Participate regularly in team webbased meetings/training sessions with the Business Area Manager, RNE and Nurse Champion to maintain and enhance professional practice standards Participate in specialized client related trainings as required Adhere to professional nursing standards as prescribed by the professional associations and Innomar Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary health care team providing oversight and delegation of applicable tasks to RPN/LPN as authorized by provincial college of nurses Required to travel within your designated IBU and surrounding IBUs to meet the operational needs Required to follow all nursing and clinic standard operating procedures and work instructions Required to follow all Health and Safety standards as per the provincial Health and safety Act Required to complete ongoing and annual education training as per the training matrix within the specified timeframes Perform other related duties and tasks as required by Innomar May be required to be on standby/on call to meet the service needs Experience and Educational Requirements Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required 1 year experience IV initiation experience Current registration with licensing body; CPR certificate Experience in a critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare setting ACLS, PALs, MS and CVAA Certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook (email), and MS Word and other applicable computer programs Access to internet connection Knowledge of Cell phone for making and confirming appointments/assignments and fax machines Excellent customer service skills for managing daily interactions with patients, family members, physicians and our clients Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work autonomously with little supervision as part of a larger team Able to travel to clinics and homecare appointments within a set geographical boundary Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry is an asset Business and financial acumen is an asset Strong critical thinking skills and application Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Effective interpersonal and leadership skills Effective organizational skills; attention to detail Effective time management and prioritization skills Ability to consistently meet deadlines Excellent
