The clinic offers innovative programs such as GLA:D Back, GLA:D Hip & Knee as well as collaborative care with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and other disciplines all in-house!Exceptional patient service, collaborative care and continued growth and improvement are highly valued at Momentum Health.
