The diversification and breadth of PEAKs portfolio and network creates a multitude of career paths and employment opportunities.ResponsibilitiesThis opportunity is with our HCP detailing division (physicians and pharmacists), which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, consumer, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.PEAK Pharma Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional for the role of Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to support a sales/marketing program on behalf of a well-established pharmaceutical organization in Canada, covering Vancouver and surrounding areas. In this role, youll work to promote this organizations prescription brands in the primary care environment, as well as to pharmacists in the area.Youll be an integral part of developing a local presence on behalf of our client. You will:Using both Peak Pharmas and our clients high quality, consistent selling approach, meet your objectives by focusing on building strategic partnerships with physicians/pharmacies to achieve sales targetsDevelop and execute your territorys business plan (Vancouver)Adhere to assigned call targets as communicated by the field managerPresent the brands key features and benefits and creatively inform stakeholders about their valueManage and track HCP engagements and samples to maximize activation of brand recommendations by the health care professionalEngage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the various stakeholders including the physician, pharmacist, and the patientComplete both in-field and virtual detailing with targeted customersBuild trust and credibility to become a true collaborator in commercial successManage and maintain expense and promotional budgets for the territory within guidelinesGather and report on field insights by accurately recording daily activities using a CRM system (VEEVA)Attend various conferences, teleconferences and meetings as requiredRequirementsAlong with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:3+ years recent successful pharmaceutical sales experienceDocumented proven and consistent track record of achieving sales results in recent years, demonstrated by national and/or regional rankings, awards and goal achievementExperience in diabetes preferredRecent experience in the geography (local market knowledge and existing relationships with target physicians) preferred.Ability to travel and possess a valid drivers licence to drive to assigned HCP accounts unless otherwise specifiedThe drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethicEntrepreneurial spirit that results in innovative ideas that best serves the mandate of the program.Ability to effectively conduct HCP engagements using multiple channels (video, email, telephone, in person, etc.)Full PEAK Pharma Solutions Inc. compensation package which includes:Competitive compensation/incentive structurePermanent, full-time opportunityAllowances for territorial expenses including car allowanceDedicated training and supportOpportunity to work with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer in CanadaPEAK Pharma Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
