The office will specialize in supporting the end-to-end operations of the Visa Application while ensuring quality and compliance with these specialized processes.Written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and French are preferred. This is a contractual position.Role and ResponsibilitiesDocument scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processingHandle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephoneHandle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracyRecord and maintain all application data. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system with zero errorsEnsure all administration and logistics of passport delivery to consulate/applicant/logistic company, etc.Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals, etc. without deviation in processInform the applicants about the available Value Added Services and ensure delivery of Value Added Service options to applicants/customersEncourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the application centerEnsure that the entire process is completed within the mandated Turn Around TimeAssist Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in execution of WB ProjectExperience/Qualifications RequiredFluent in English is a requirement for this positionBilingual and fluent in Arabic and French is preferred for this positionExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishMinimum education: Bachelors degree or global equivalentGood knowledge of Microsoft Office packagesA good attention to detail and high level of accuracy under tight timelinesA proactive can-do attitudeFlexible and willing to work additional hours if neededAttractive pay and medical benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
