What This Role Is Really About You are the final and most important touchpoint in the customer journey. When a customer returns to pick up their RV, you are the expert who walks them through everything from how it works, how to use it safely, and how to enjoy it with confidence. Youll also support dealership operations when not delivering RVs, making this a varied, fast-moving, and handson role. Responsibilities Deliver full RV orientations and walkthroughs with customers Explain systems clearly and confidently (power, water, propane, appliances, awnings, slideouts, etc.) Make minor mechanical or setup adjustments without needing a technician Answer customer questions professionally and calmly Educate customers on warranties, accessories, and camping supplies available in-store Move RVs around the lot and shop (including forklift operation, training provided) Support the sales and service teams as needed Assist with RV trade shows, setup, and takedown Be on your feet and active throughout the day Who This Role Is Perfect For You dont need RV experience, but you do need the right mindset.
