General Utility Worker Aramark Canada This role is responsible for delivering client-facing services, including setting catering for meetings, ensuring the upkeep of office kitchens and supplies, and providing support with meeting room setup tasks. As a member of a collaborative hospitality team, you will maintain clean and orderly kitchen and meeting spaces, promote a professional and inviting atmosphere for guests and staff, and deliver outstanding support for all meetings and events. Strong customer service, teamwork, event and meeting support, and administrative skills are required. What You Will Do Catering and Event Support Coordinating the setup and breakdown of catering stations, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all service areas. Ensuring that all food and beverage items are presented according to catering orders and promptly replenished as needed throughout the duration of meetings. Assisting guests and staff with any cateringrelated requests during events. Kitchen and Coffee/Supply Management Monitoring and maintaining coffee machines on every floor throughout the day, including refilling supplies and resolving any operational issues. Maintaining kitchen areas to high health and safety standards. Stocking supplies such as those required for coffee machines, beverages, and other kitchen area supplies. Administrative Tasks Ordering and managing coffee/supplies and inventory. Managing postevent beverage reporting. Producing coffee statistics and service log reports. Reviewing meeting and event service orders to ensure they are complete and accurate. Attending daily team meetings and contributing to event detail discussions. Assisting with maintaining process documents. Room Setup and Maintenance Setting up and resetting meeting rooms according to required layouts. Ensuring rooms are set/reset to the original or predetermined layout before and after each meeting (including moving furniture, dishes, etc.). Ensuring clean and tidy meeting room spaces. What You Bring Exceptional customer skills to provide a professional experience for guests and staff. At least 23 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate setting. Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines, with strict attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple requests efficiently. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint) and the ability to learn new software programs. Strong problemsolving, multitasking, and coordination abilities. Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. Energetic, adaptable, and solutionoriented. Physical ability: capacity to stand and walk for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds. This is an inoffice role requiring attendance 5 days per week. Office hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm daily. Food Handling Certification and Smart Serve Certification are assets.
