What You Will Do In This Role Foster a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional Guestfocused service Evaluate the effectiveness and report on the metrics of all programs to the General Manager Manage teammate relations including recruitment, scheduling, training & developing, coaching and recognition Manage front of house, according to East Side Marios steps of service Promote a work environment for employees that is healthy, safe and based on respect and trust What We Are Looking For Previous management experience working in a highvolume casual dining restaurant Postsecondary education is a bonus!
