We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Motel Manager.Wage: CAD$39.90/hourTypes: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)Working hours: 30~40 hours/weekBenefits: 4% of vacation payJob Duties:Develop, implement and update operational procedures and policies;Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses;Participate in marketing and pricing;Recruit, supervise staff and evaluate their performance;Oversee staffs trainings and set work schedules;Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers for terms and pricing;Ensure safety rules and regulations are met;Resolve customer complaints and use them to improve procedures and policies.Job Requirements:Completion of secondary school;Minimum 3 years of experience within the accommodation industry.Language at work: English #J-18808-Ljbffr
