Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) Part-Time TLC Behavioral Consulting and Support provides compassionate, evidence-based ABA services for children and families. The Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) delivers direct ABA services and supports treatment implementation under BCBA supervision. This role works alongside families and technicians to help strengthen programming, increase treatment integrity, and move goals forward with consistency across clinic and home settings. Key Responsibilities Clinical Implementation Provide direct ABA service delivery in clinic and home/community settings under BCBA supervision Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs with high procedural fidelity Support assessment activities as assigned (e.g., preference assessments, skills probes, ABC data support) Team Support & Coaching Collaborate with and support Behavior Technicians/RBTs through modeling, in-the-moment coaching, and feedback Participate in clinical meetings and case reviews as scheduled Help maintain consistency in routines, reinforcement systems, prompting/fading plans, and safety strategies Caregiver Collaboration Partner with caregivers to support generalization and routines that work in real life Participate in caregiver training sessions as assigned Communicate clearly, respectfully, and proactively with families and the clinical team Data & Documentation Collect and review data to support clinical decision-making Maintain timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards, payer requirements, and company expectations Contribute to progress updates and treatment plan support as delegated by supervising BCBA Required Qualifications Active Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential in Washington State (or state-equivalent) Experience delivering ABA services with children and/or adolescents Strong foundational skills in reinforcement, prompting/fading, shaping, behavior reduction, and data collection Reliable transportation for home-based sessions (as applicable) Ability to pass background checks and meet payer credentialing requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience with trauma-informed, assent-based, and compassionate ABA practices Experience supporting school collaboration or interdisciplinary teams Comfort coaching staff to improve treatment integrity and consistency Bilingual skills a plus Work Environment / Physical Requirements Services may occur in clinic, home, and community environments Ability to sit on the floor, move quickly as needed for safety, and lift up to ~30 lbs (reasonable accommodations available) What We Offer Supportive BCBA supervision and a mission-driven clinical culture Professional development and growth pathways Flexible part-time scheduling options Benefits available for eligible roles (as applicable) How to Apply Please submit: Resume Proof of LABA license (or license number) Optional: short note about your availability and preferred setting mix (clinic vs home) Equal Opportunity Employer TLC Behavioral Consulting and Support is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
