If you are a knowledgeable and experienced health and safety instructor passionate about working at heights safety, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and informative Working at Heights training to job seekers, the general public, and construction industry members.Evaluate participants through practical skills and written assessment.Organize, file and submit digital and hard copy participant records following training.Potentially deliver other courses such as Forklift Training, Mobile Elevated Work Platform Training, Confined Space Entry and Rescue and more.Participate in team meetings and instructor development workshops.Qualifications and Experience3+ years experience delivering training.Background in construction management and/or other fall hazardrelated industry.Work experience or certification in occupational health & safety preferred.Strong interest educating people on the importance and value of health & safety training.Selfstarter who is able to work independently while also contributing to a team.Strong presentation and adultengagement skills.Forklift, mobile elevated work platforms and confined space entry and rescue considered an asset.Valid Ontarios Driver Licence occasional travel by car for work.Able to legally work in Canada.BenefitsCompetitive base salary.Three weeks paid vacation.Health benefits package including $2k spending account (100% company paid).Companyprovided training equipment.Ongoing career development and learning.Exciting and collaborative work environment.Working on an awesome team with a great company culture.Why WorksiteWe are looking for a great person to join an established leader in the industry.
