As a Production Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Contents and Emergency team by managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detailoriented, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, serviceoriented environment. The Technical Side of What Youll Do Complete employee timecards daily for both the Contents and Emergency departments Maintain and upload supply sheets daily for the Contents department Provide backup support for the Emergency department for scheduling and dispatching and resolving problems Reconcile temporary labour invoices to timesheets and review invoice discrepancies Provide backup support to the Contents Administrator Qualifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role preferably within the restoration or construction industry Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) #J-18808-Ljbffr
