The Work You Will Do Lead and support health promotion initiatives, including well-baby and well-mom programs, immunization clinics, and community wellness activities Plan and deliver education programs and campaigns (e.g., flu shot awareness) to promote healthy living within the community Work collaboratively in a team-based environment, practicing within an expanded scope to provide comprehensive healthcare services Apply advanced nursing skills in observation, assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching, aligned with individualized care plans Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients at all times, within the scope of practice Why Bayshore?
