Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture. Requirements Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). A minimum of one year of experience in geriatric, palliative, or complex care is preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Commitment to a personcentered approach to care. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and electronic health records. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
